I’m Matt Tucker—
entrepreneur, musician, and founder of Blue Collar Roofing. Since launching Blue Collar in 2020—after years as a roofing partner starting in 2015—I’ve brought the same grit to roofs that I bring to the stage.
You might recognize me from ‘Renovation Hunters’ or the Matt Tucker Band, but at Blue Collar, it’s all about honest, dependable work. For me, every project is personal—built on trust, family values, and the American dream.

Dan Murphy has been a key part of Blue Collar Roofing since 2022, bringing a wealth of management experience and outstanding customer service skills. Prior to joining us, Dan managed large teams and complex operations, honing his leadership and efficiency. He also ran logistics and delivery routes, further sharpening his organizational skills. Above all, Dan’s passion is people—he’s dedicated to ensuring every customer has a seamless, top-tier experience. As Blue Collar Roofing’s manager, Dan keeps our operations on track and our clients taken care of with genuine care.

Logan Dills
Logan Dills joined Blue Collar Roofing as a seasonal Roofing Advocate, bringing his strong community spirit and passion for helping others. Also serving as a firefighter, Logan is known for his dedication and genuine care for people. Though young, he’s quickly learning the trade, and his natural ability to connect with others makes him a valuable asset to the team.

With 15 years in construction and 5 years specializing in roofing, Sean Hubbard is a trusted expert in the field. Formerly a team leader at a roofing company, he now advocates for homeowners as part of Blue Collar Roofing. As a CertainTeed Master Craftsman, Sean guides clients through inspections, insurance claims, and repair processes, offering honest, reliable support every step of the way.
